Project information

Prices, incentives, specifications, floor plans, renderings, availability, occupancy dates, and other project details may change without notice. Renderings may be artist concepts. Verify all material facts with the builder, an authorized representative, and your professional advisers before relying on them or making a purchase decision.

Acceptable use

You may use the public site for lawful personal project research. You may not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected broker resources, impersonate another person, or misuse content or personal information.

Protected areas and third-party links

Admin and realtor areas are restricted to authorized users. Builder portals and other external websites are operated by third parties; links do not guarantee or adopt their content, services, security, or availability.

Intellectual property

Site branding, layout, and original content are protected by applicable laws. Project names, images, plans, and trademarks may belong to their respective owners and are used only where permission or another lawful basis exists.

Availability and liability

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Tronno Homes and Dream Home Realty, Brokerage are not liable for losses arising from reliance on incomplete or changing project information, third-party services, or temporary site interruption.
